Wayne Cowley
Trainsure Director
I bring over 30 years of experience managing and developing Trainsure, a division now proudly part of the Jensten Group. Under my leadership, the Trainsure brand has evolved into a truly market-leading product, offering a range of specialist policies tailored to the Training industry. Today, it is widely recognised within the Training world as the automatic insurance choice for forward-thinking organisations.
I am married, with two wonderful children and a cute, energetic grandson who brings so much joy to our family!
Before my career in insurance, I served 30 years in the West Yorkshire Police, achieving the highest rank available to a non-commissioned officer. Outside of work, I enjoy running and spending time with my son, who is on a scholarship with Bradford City, cheering them on together at matches.
Andy Woods
Trainsure Account Executive
I joined the Trainsure team in September 2024 as the scheme Account Executive, building on the excellent work of the team in delivering tailored insurance solutions for businesses in the training industry. My role focuses on nurturing client relationships and enhancing the Trainsure brand within the sector. With 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, I specialise in providing comprehensive solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.
I currently live in Bingley, West Yorkshire with my fiancé Helen, our three children Jake, Elysia and Esme and our “Jackawawa” Louie.
Insurance is my second career, after a stint as a professional and semi-professional footballer, with highlights being England appearances at Youth and Non-league level and being a Premier League squad member at age 17. These days I prefer golf and getting out for walks in the great Yorkshire countryside.
Peter Tillett
Trainsure Broker
I joined the Trainsure team in October 2024 and bring over 10 years of insurance experience. I have a background in open market broking dealing with clients from small sole traders to national businesses.
I enjoy working closely with clients and broker teams to navigate complex insurance landscapes, ensuring that they have the right protection for their assets and employee’s.
I live in Pudsey near Leeds, and I’m based out of our Shipley office. I enjoy family time with my daughter and partner in my spare time and I’m a big music enthusiast and enjoy attending gigs.
Phillip Worrall
Trainsure Broker
After a long 28-year career with Aviva Insurance Company I joined Packetts as a Commercial Broker in December 2011, based in the Shipley office. After 4 years working in Commercial Insurances, I joined the specialist Trainsure team in 2015. Over my career I’ve attained ACII and Chartered Broker status and obtained a BA Honours Degree in Financial Services. This, alongside accumulated experience, supports my focus on representing Trainsure and its clients in the best possible way.
Outside of work, home is in Harden, Bingley that I share with my wife and 2 sons. I enjoy all Sports particularly football and Leeds United and enjoy socialising and listening to popular music where I’m a Hi-Fi / Home Cinema enthusiast.
Abby Chadwick
Trainsure Apprentice Broker
I joined the Trainsure team in 2023 from college where I studied Double Business and Financial Studies for my A Levels. I am expanding my knowledge in insurance through an apprenticeship program with Aviva and sitting my CII exams.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and going out with my friends on the weekend.

I have worked in the insurance industry since leaving school in 2001 and joined the Trainsure team in 2008. My role involves being a point of contact for our Trainsure clients, whether it be day to day queries or policy renewals. I also achieved Cert CII status in 2010.
Unbelievably, some people consider insurance to be boring – not true when you work with a great bunch of people, all with a shared goal for delivering an excellent customer service.
Outside of work, I live with my family in Leeds, West Yorkshire. I love socialising with friends, especially when it involves pasta and wine! I enjoy my commute into work by listening to a good autobiography or funny podcast.
Jenni Oddy

I have worked in the insurance industry since leaving school in 2001 and joined the Trainsure team in 2008 where my role involves being a point of contact for our Trainsure clients, whether it be day to day queries or policy renewals. I also achieved Cert CII status in 2010.
Currently I live in Shipley, West Yorkshire, with my partner, my son and a crazy Springer Spaniel (Rocky). I enjoy spending time with friends and family and taking Rocky for walks.
Rochelle Gough
Trainsure Broker
I have been a member of the Trainsure team since 2020, bringing over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, handling corporate, mid-market and smaller enterprise clients.
My current role involves supporting our Trainsure clients wherever possible, as well as assisting our online clients with their insurance requirements via the Trainsure website portal.
When I’m not accompanying my two daughters to their many dance activities, I enjoy following a local football team and spending time with friends and family.
